THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on this 26th day of November 2024 by Sri Daya Shankar S/o Hira Lal, Village Banha, Post Ojha Ganj, District Basti, Uttar Pradesh 272131, India, the author of the Trust hereinafter called and referred to as the SETTLER TRUSTEE,

AND WHEREAS  the Settler trust has constituted a sum of Rs. 25,000/= (Rupees Twenty five thousands only) as an initial corpus of the as may from time to time be so vested in the trust or received by the Trust by virtue of these present or by operations of law or otherwise in relation to the instant Trust created hereby. At present, there is no immovable property in the name of the trust.

And now therefore, this Deed witness that the above named SETTLER TRUSTEE created a public charitable trust to be called “INDIAN MIGRANT RED RIBBON ALLIANCE” hereinafter called the trust.

AND WHEREAS with a view to and for the purposes of constitution the trust permanently and perpetually it is found desirable that for   the purpose of the creation of this Public charitable trust, the declaration of Trust is made out in the details.




The Board of Trustee shall have complete control over the affairs of the Trust its function

Functions of the Board of Trustee

To do all and/or any act and to appoint sub-committees in furtherance of the aims and objects of the Trust.

The proceedings, resolutions and acts of the aforesaid committees shall be subjects to the approval and confirmation of the Board of Trustee.

Convener of such sub-committees will be appointed by the Board of Trustee of the Trust.

To open/close any bank accounts and to operate the same. To raise any loans for the purposes of the Trust.

objectives of Trustee

The units under IMRRA will be established covering all states and districts of India. All the units will be controlled by the central secretariats’ and full rights will be reserved to dissolve any units of states and districts in a condition whenever not fulfilling the objectives as per directives of central secretariats.

For structuring state and district units will be laid down in the presence of trustee nominated by central secretariat for fulfilling the themes being followed by NGOs/social scientists/research institutions/respectful doctors who might be included.

To acquire, by, purchase, lease, hire or transfer by licensee or otherwise any lands, rights, interest buildings or other properties, moveable or immoveable, or rights over or connected therewith.

To lease or let on hire, mortgage, sell, pledge or transfer by license or otherwise any lands, buildings or other properties movable or immoveable, tangible or intangible, rights, interests for consideration or otherwise.

To erect, construct, building or buildings or other on land or lands acquired, purchased, received by the Trust or on behalf of trust or otherwise in any manner.

To accept gifts, donations, grants, contribution, consideration etc. from any persons, institutions, organizations, body, entity, governments national or international etc of any nature, types, incase or kind whatsoever from India and aboard.

To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue, cheque , promissory notes, power of attorney, securities, bills of exchange or other negotiable transferable or instruments.

To take over, manager, administer, control, superintend, deal with any institution, body, organization of any natures and types.

To borrow or advance money on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit for the purpose of the Trust.

Life Time Member

Settler Trustee and Founder Trustee shall always remain Life Time Member and after his demise his legal heirs can step into his shoes if they ever so desire.

Honarary Member

An intellectual, renowned person, who may contributes to the welfare of the Trust and to whom Trust deem fit any proper may be nominated as a Honorary Member for the period agreed by the Board of Trustee but he shall have no voting right.

Ordinary Member

A person who is keen to pursue the objects of the Trust can become its Ordinary Member for period decided by Board of Trustees, which is subject to the approval by the Board of Trustees.
